HELLO!

I'm Marco Fucarino and I am an italian game and level designer.

​I've been playing games since I was 6 years old, knowing the first Crash Bandicoots by heart and loving their colourful and slightly over-the-top world. As time goes by I also approach different and more adult genres such as RPGs. 

My first RPG was Fable where I encountered several themes and aspects that I personally look for in films, music and books: irony, the grotesque, the absurd and many external references to the work. Undecided whether to enter the world of video games or animated films, I started my journey in Rome, where at the Rainbow Academy I study as a generalist the workflow for animated films.

After some experience in post production I decided to study again, this time video games, driven by the desire to make new ones that would reflect my way of seeing the world. I joined, in 2019 ,Objectif 3D a school in Montpellier, France, where I studied  game and level design. Now I'm ready for new adventures.

My works take inspiration from my experiences and different interests. Art, cinema, literature, photography, science and the love for grotesque and paradoxical humor are the sources of inspiration for my works.
I love teamwork because of this, everyone can share ideas and influences that determine and distinguish the final product.
What I like about this world is the continuous improvement of one's own product and idea. Every new project is a discovery and ,above all, a new challenge
