SEWERS

The idea of the level is to create a AI vs Ai situations where the player is not required to enter into direct combat with enemies but must use stealth mechanics to advance and reach the end.

I was inspired by games like Dishonored,Hitman and Splinter Cell for mechanics.

But the ambient has Vampyr,Outer Worlds, Dishonored,Assassin’s Creed and Bioshock Infinite as inspiration.

CONTEXT OF THE WORLD

The player faces a fictional world, where tyranny is the only form of governance. A city bent by poverty and contrasting social classes is the playing field and mercenaries hired by the king are the enemies.Our hero will have to find a way into the city, sabotaging some of the mercenaries' locations, sneaking into protected places to open the city gates and let in the uprising

GAME DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS

  • The game is an action adventure with stealth mechanics played from the third-person perspective

  • The game is suited for a single player experience

  • Basic movements include: Walk, Run, Jump,Climb, Crouch,Throw Objects.

  • Only weapon in a knife

  • The game  have regeneration but not too much. Players have to explore to find healing items

  • Enemies don’t drop items​

CONTEXT OF THE LEVEL

​Sewers are the first level of the project and the lair for mercenaries, where they have set up a veritable underground laboratory trying to combine ancient rituals with science (steampunk fantasy). They are also an ancient location where ruins and artefacts can be found
